Valentine’s day is here… Happy Valentine’s BTW…. roses are red, violets are blue, blah blah blah….. but no seriously it’s a beautiful day and I love you… ❤

Why do we put so much emphasis on self-love but when this day rolls around, it’s all about couples???

… I get it, the nice dinners, the cute stuffies and pretty flowers (and boy am I a sucker for flowers) but, today should be the day we practice self-love!!! After all, there is no greater love… right? But, how do we practice something that some of us dont even see in ourselves???

It’s dang hard, super hard in fact… but there’s a secret…. Oh, yeah, I’ll tell you, listen up, you are the only you in the whole entire world… isn’t that wild as hell? Nobody else, is like you.. you are a wonderfully flawed and beautifully unique person.. So, today practice self-love, remind yourself of your special quirks and qualities And, remember that nobody on this earth has those traits… that smile, that laugh, that wonderful jelly mind of yours. You are beautiful and I love you but remember you don’t need others love, you just need you. ❤

Happy Valentine’s Day to all of you and may we practice self-love everyday. Also, love the ones you have in your life… if they are good people, if they are not kick them to the curb and focus on yourself. 🤪 It’s your life, use it wisely. Life, Light and Love my friends.
